Shipping & Returns
- Shipping is FREE within the US (unless rush delivery is required).
- We ship everywhere in the 50 United States. Including APO/FPO and Puerto Rico addresses.
- In stock items are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays)
- We ship from Colorado, depending on your location, it can take 1-5 business days to any state in the USA.
- You can use PO Box for USPS Orders only.
- For UPS Next Day or 2dd Day deliveries, orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day (orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays).
- Please double-check your order information: We have an automated shipping process and will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address entries.
- Sorry we do not ship or sell internationally, yet. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about our diplomacy efforts.
REFUNDS & RETURNS INFO
You may return your Sound Caddy, unused and in it's original packaging, within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a refund or return, email us at email@example.com. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will refund your original method of payment. It can take up to two weeks for your bank to process the transaction. We will subtract the cost of return shipping from your refund.
WARRANTY & EXCHANGES
Our manufacturer's warranty lasts 90 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or attempts at using the Sound Caddy as an actual golf club. If you need to exchange a defective Sound Caddy send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, state the problem/issue, and send the speaker to:

We will notify you when we receive your defective product. We will inspect it to make sure your story sticks and let you know when we ship you a replacement.
