WARRANTY

Our manufacturer's warranty lasts 90 days. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or attempts at using the Sound Caddy as an actual golf club. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process.  

REFUNDS & RETURNS INFO

You may return your Sound Caddy, unused and in it's original packaging, within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.  To initiate a refund or return, fill out our return form below.  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will refund your original method of payment.  It can take up to two weeks for your bank to process the transaction.  

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a defective Sound Caddy fill out the form below. If you received your Sound Caddy as a gift, please provide any information regarding the original purchaser as proof of it as a legitimate purchase. Non-compliance will deny eligibility of your warranty.
